Note: Please make sure you've inspected your entire order and you have photos of any damages before proceeding.

Instructions

When taking photos of damage, please include whole panels/areas.
DO NOT INCLUDE CLOSE-UP PHOTOS OF DAMAGES (we can zoom in to examine damages).
Use drop-down menus to indicate what panel or area of the cabinet or item is missing or damaged.
Provide a brief description of the location and nature of the damages for each item.
Only use JPEG (.jpg) format when uploading photos.
iPhone users running iOS 11 or later may have to change the setting on their phone's camera to save photos as JPEGs (Android phones typically utilize JPEG as the default format)

On iPhone:
1. Go to SETTINGS
2. Go to CAMERA
3. Go to FORMAT
4. Select MOST COMPATIBLE (as opposed to High Efficiency)

Claim Ship To Address

Once your claim is approved, we will ship replacement items to the shipping address on your original order. If you wish to change this shipping address, please let us know in the Additional details / comments field below.
