In this post, we feature Marina Peele\u2019s gorgeous new kitchen makeover. With our help, she was able to transform the busiest room in her home\u2014without the headache and stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marina\u2019s goal was to complete a major kitchen remodel\u2014specifically, to take her dull, outdated kitchen and turn it into the kitchen she always wanted. She contacted RTA Cabinet Store for assistance in transforming her old-fashioned kitchen to a more sleek and modern style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marina planned the overall kitchen design, built the cabinets, painted, and installed the backsplash. Then she hired an awesome contractor to complete the major construction, such as the cabinet install, plumbing, and electrical work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a quick, painless project that didn\u2019t cost a fortune\u2014and she\u2019s so happy with the results!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marina spent only $15,000 to completely revamp her kitchen. It was an easy project, which totally transformed her home\u2014and didn\u2019t break the bank!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Style of Cabinets: <\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Marina chose the Cognac Shaker<\/a> cabinet line. Cognac Shaker cabinets are a perfect choice for a simple, functional, and elegant kitchen. The line is finished in a mocha stain and treated with a baked-on glaze finish for unsurpassed durability. This cabinet style is solidly constructed from birch wood and has a full overlay solid hardwood door with 3-inch stiles and rails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To take the kitchen to the next level and add her own unique touch, Marina added a custom, built-in wine rack, a DIY Edison Chandelier, and a matching center cart\/island to hide trash and recycling. Adding a center island also provided extra appliance storage, which is a must for the modern kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
