I used your 60" Cherry Heritage Vanity for my master bathroom that I was remodeling. I had never used (RTA) Ready-To-Assemble cabinets before, but the process was quick and painless. I really like the fact that the back had openings for the drain and other pieces, so didn't even have to cut for the pipes. I really like the details on the cabinet and the rich cherry color.

Once you have decided to redo your kitchen, the next step is to decide what type of cabinets you want and which companies actually have kitchen cabinets for sale. There are many companies that advertise different types of cabinets, but finding the cabinets that you want may prove to be a bit more challenging. If you are in the market for new kitchen cabinets, check out some of these resources.

Home Improvement Stores
Many large home improvement stores sell ready-to-assemble cabinets in all shapes and sizes. While this may seem like the perfect place to get all your cabinet pieces, it is important to keep in mind the price for each piece. Oftentimes, the cost of the ready-to-assemble cabinet does not include the hardware and other pieces needed for installation. Those additional expenses can make a great price on a sink base look anything but appealing. Compare prices carefully to determine if a large home improvement store is the best place for you to purchase your ready-to-assemble cabinets. One of the biggest advantages to using a home improvement store is that they offer free design service with complete computer renderings, making it easier to visualize the kitchen and create an efficient layout. You can also samples of doors home, so that you can coordinate the style and color with other features of your kithen.

Specialty Shops
As the name implies, specialty shops focus on specific kitchen cabinetry needs. If you are looking for specific Shaker cabinets, for example, the odds of finding it at a specialty kitchen renovation shop are much better than in a large home improvement store. Keep in mind that many specialty shops also charge a little more for their exclusive collections and products. Also remember that there will generally be a longer wait time to receive your cabinets as opposed to the pick up and go option of the big box stores.

Online
It is true: there are many reputable specialty websites that sell kitchen cabinets online. This unique way of purchasing cabinetry usually means lower prices, because of the low overhead that the companies have. It also means that you cannot see and feel the cabinets unless you purchase a sample door. While this may seem like a drawback, it is actually a great idea to purchase sample cabinet doors to hang in your kitchen. You can get a good idea of what the kitchen would look like and what the color of the new cabinets would do to the rest of the room. This is particularly important if you are trying to choose new counter tops, wall paint, wall decor and other accessories for the room. Although online cabinet shopping is one of the newer ways to find cabinets, it is an option that should not be overlooked. Great bargains and prices can be found on the websites that sell some of today's hottest and most on trend ready-to-assemble cabinets.
