As we continue to grow, we are starting to add more and more features to the site.   One of the new features that we are going to start offering will be free instructional videos on everything from how to assemble a wall cabinet (which is already on the site), to how to install crown moulding, and how to actually install the cabinets.   We hope to have several different videos available in the next couple of months to help educate our customers on how to work with our cabinets.

While their are some sites that actually charge for instructional videos, our goal is to provide as much information as possible to our customers so that they keep coming back any time they need cabinets.   Keep checking back to see the new videos we post.   While they may not be Hollywood quality videos, they will certainly help customers with the assembly and installation of their new kitchen cabinets

We finally found the perfect compliment to our bathroom vanity lines.   Along with our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, we are now importing granite bathroom vanity tops.  Not only are the vanity tops pre-cut to the perfect size to match all of our bathroom vanities, but they come complete with an undermounted porcelain sink that is already attached, and pre-drilled holes for the faucet.  With each granite vanity top packed in foam, and ready to install, now getting a new vanity top is as easy as getting a new vanity itself.   We currently have four different styles available-  Uba Tuba, Baltic Brown, Majestic Mauve, and Beige.  Don't forget to pick one up along with your bathroom vanity order!

We take every customer request and recommendation to heart (some of them are easy to implement, and then there are some that are just too complicated).  One suggestion that we had from a very good customer was to add a live help feature to the website.   While we are still working out a couple of hiccups in the service, we are proud to offer a live chat service on the website.  Any time that you see the "Live Chat Online" highlighted on the main page, that means that one of our sales people are available to offer live help.  This will give our customers the ability to ask questions while they are in the process of ordering cabinets.

There is a delay in initial communication which we are still trying to work through, but this will allow our customers to interact with our sales team without having to wait for a call back or the need to pick up a telephone.  Our goal is to make someone available as often as possible to give that extra level of service that most companies just can't offer.   Stay tuned for more additions to the website, including granite vanity tops and our own line of decorative knobs and pulls!
